Provides supervision of the daily operations of departments requiring nursing expertise, assuring goals are obtained through planning, implementing and directing programs, procedures, systems and support personnel. Direct supervision of support staff and RN up to 15 FTE's. May require travel to 1-2 sites in relative proximity. This is a working supervisor role with 30-40%25 clinical care.
