About The Position
Nestled right at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in Teton Village, a few miles from Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park, our 4-diamond hotels attract guests from around the world. As one of our 3 Spur Restaurant Managers, you are the face and the host of the dining room; the one who warmly welcomes and recognizes guests. This is a hands-on position where you are actively working side by side with your team on the floor, constantly engaged in high-end service training and improving the fine details. Equally, you are a mentor and coach to your team. You are well informed on wines, partner with the Executive Chef on daily specials and let your creative juices flow with wine-pairings, specialty cocktails and exclusive buy-outs. You oversee administrative tasks (ordering, cost controls, payroll etc) and leadership functions (training, coaching and counseling).
