As the Sales Admin Assistant, you will provide vital administrative support to our Sprinter sales team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative, office support, dealership, BDC, or receptionist roles preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in person and by phone professionally
  • Enter and update information accurately in CRM systems
  • Assist with inventory records and vehicle postings
  • Schedule appointments and assist with customer follow-up
  • Support daily administrative operations to keep deals moving
