About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and professional Sprinkler & Irrigation Technicians for service-based work in the Quad Cities area. This is a long-term, contract-to-hire opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and can operate independently in the field.

This role focuses primarily on service, maintenance, and winterizations, with occasional new installations for residential properties. Work will include both commercial and residential service calls, including projects at hospitals and schools.

Requirements

• Experience servicing irrigation and sprinkler systems preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or irrigation plans
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Professional, presentable, and customer-focused demeanor
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR (required to operate company vehicle)
• Must pass Drug Screen, Background Check, and Motor Vehicle Record check

Responsibilities

• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on irrigation and sprinkler systems
• Complete winterizations and seasonal system start-ups
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues efficiently
• Perform occasional new installations for residential homes
• Work on commercial and residential properties, including hospitals and schools
• Read and interpret blueprints and irrigation plans
• Maintain professional communication with customers on-site
• Safely operate company vehicle (once eligible)
