About The Position

We are seeking qualified candidates for various Spring Sports Coaching positions. These roles are essential for fostering athletic development and sportsmanship among our student-athletes. Coaches will be responsible for planning and conducting practices, developing game strategies, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants. The positions available include head coaches and assistant coaches for multiple sports, including baseball, softball, outdoor track & field, and lacrosse. Each coach will work closely with student-athletes to enhance their skills and promote teamwork and discipline.

Requirements

• Previous coaching experience in the respective sport.
• Strong knowledge of the sport and its rules.
• Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience coaching at the high school level or higher.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct practices for student-athletes.
• Develop game strategies and tactics.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
