This is a part-time 15 to 16 hour/week position in Needham, MA. Schedule options are either two 8-hour days onsite or three 5-hour days onsite. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position. Compensation ranges from $26/hr - $35/hr, with specific compensation set according to a standardized scale aligned with your educational level at the time of hire.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program.
• Must be able to work a part-time 15 to 16 hour/week schedule with 2 days per week onsite in Needham, MA.
• Must be proficient in both Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must feel comfortable running consumer testing.
• Ability to take detailed notes and report out within a small team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with gathering consumer feedback on products.
• Help turn consumer insights into actions to improve products.
• Organize and host informal consumer testing in-office with employees.
• Generate questionnaires and guide testers through the testing process.
• Analyze results and generate reports, often in PowerPoint format.
• Share feedback with team members to facilitate next steps.
• Participate in formal consumer testing led by the consumer insights team, recording results and sharing with team members.
