About The Position
At GMF Steel Group, we invest in talent from the ground up. Our Spring 2026 New Graduate position is a one-stop application for all upcoming graduates. Our new graduate positions offer hands-on experience, mentorship, and growth opportunities within our dynamic and innovative company! New graduates are eligible for the following departments: Accounting Estimating Fabrication Plant Field Operations Finance Human Resources Preconstruction Project Management We’re seeking graduates who embody the qualities that drive success in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Obtained in Spring 2026 in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Comfortable working with teams and departments to achieve shared goals
- Committed to contributing to the success of GMF Steel Group
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Eager to identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions
