  • Evaluate non-conforming product and work with the Quality Engineer to disposition
  • Work with engineering team to solve problems and implement process improvements
  • Update and maintain document changes
  • Work on projects such as designing new tooling / gages
  • Give presentations in meetings such as daily scrap costs
  • Use gages to measure and sort potential suspect product
  • Conduct Gage R&R studies
  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Anticipated Graduation of December 2026 or May 2027
  • Ability to work full-time during the Spring Term - 1/5/26 - 5/15/26
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
  • Strong computer skills using programs such as Microsoft Office
  • CAD software experience is beneficial
  • Mechanical skills are beneficial
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be able to physically be able to be on their feet the majority of the day and move up and down stairs
