Requirements

• Must be a Senior enrolled in a full time Bachelor's degree program.
• Must be graduating Spring 2026.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug and/or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must live in Midland, Odessa or the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills needed to manage a fleet of vehicles.
• Take care of customers and develop marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
