Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with a major in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or Real Estate.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Must be a sophomore or higher.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to plan and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

• Previously worked in a corporate office.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office products.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform financial review of minor capital investment projects, including proposals for SPG (fuel stations installations) projects in new and existing stores.
• Prepare miscellaneous spreadsheets and financial analyses.
• Assist with workflow from other members of the department, including working with the Executive Assistant during peak times.
• Perform light administrative work including filing, maintaining file integrity, sending and receiving documentation, and verification of document accuracy.
