The Spring 2025 Supply Chain Planning & Analytics Co-Op position is responsible for ensuring the effective alignment of demand and supply with operational capability. The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in a relevant field. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are required.   • Ensure the effective alignment of demand and supply with operational capability
  • Weekly meetings with cross functional teams providing updated delivery dates and identifying priorities that may require expedited shipments from vendors
  • Support process- and/or inventory productivity improvement projects which may span from Vendor to Store partners within Brand and Logistics functions
  • Gain appreciation for Supply Chain Planning, acquire relevant business knowledge, and demonstrate analytics capability by end of assignment
  • Lead inventory flow meetings and facilitate discussions with cross functional supply chain teams
  • Provide feedback on and enhance SOP documentation and on-boarding process
  • Develop relationships with MP&A, Store Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Production; provide these groups with analytics and insights which improve the alignment between demand, supply, and operations capabilities
  • Create a development plan for the duration of the assignment and participate in weekly check-in of development progress with manager
  • Participate in self-evaluation and receive a formal performance evaluation at the middle and end of the assignment
  • Pursuing a degree in relevant field
  • Must be able to work full-time during the months of January through July 2026
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills required
  • Minimum Salary: $25.00
  • Estimated range of compensation based on skills, experience, and geographic location
