About The Position

The Spreader is responsible for evenly distributing, spreading, and leveling blends of active ingredients and excipients during the manufacturing process of vitamin supplements, ensuring compliance with company quality, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as applicable regulatory requirements (GMP).

Responsibilities

• Evenly distribute and spread powder blends, granules, or other ingredients onto trays, pans, or designated surfaces for further processing (drying, encapsulation, or compression).
• Verify that the blend meets specifications for thickness, weight, and homogeneity.
• Operate and adjust equipment related to spreading and drying processes when applicable.
• Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Record production data in physical or digital logs.
• Report deviations, equipment malfunctions, or irregularities to the supervisor.
• Assist in the cleaning and sanitization of equipment and production areas.
• Follow industrial safety protocols and properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
