About The Position

Responsible for maintaining and repairing interior and exterior finishes throughout the facility, including painting, touch‑ups, surface repairs, and special projects. Uses various painting techniques, mixes and matches colors, and handles hazardous materials safely.

Requirements

Must have a minimum of four years’ experience.
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team.
Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
Must present a well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

Daily maintenance of wallpaper, paint, and furniture.
Touch-up hotel, casino, back of house, restaurants and throughout facility.
Repainting of curbs, traffic stripes and directional signs throughout facility.
Maintain all finishes throughout hotel, casino, back of house and restaurants.
Repair and repaint exterior structure and doors.
Assist in all special projects.
Ability to use airless spraying equipment.
Ability to mix and match colors.
Handling and disposal of all hazardous waste associated with shop.
Take a leadership role in reporting and correcting unsafe work practices or unsafe facility conditions.
Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
