About The Position

We build products and relationships that last a lifetime! No really, that’s what we do. We are a successful family business with a long-term record of steady growth, and we are determined to accelerate our trajectory. Our diverse team members who speak 22 languages are passionate about their company and their co-workers. Check out our website at www.strong-hold.com . Tired of chasing jobs, quotes, and late payments? If you’ve been painting cars, houses, decks, fences, or doing your own side work — and you’re ready for a steady paycheck, consistent hours, and a shop you can be proud of — we want to talk. We’re hiring a Manual Spray Painter to apply high-quality finishes to metal products using a spray gun in a manufacturing environment. As a Spray Painter, you’ll be responsible for applying paint finishes to metal parts and assemblies. This role is hands-on and perfect for someone who already knows how to lay down a clean coat and take pride in their work. If you’ve been doing jobs on your own, you already know what quality looks like. We’re looking for that same pride — just in a consistent shop setting. We’re not looking for someone who just “sprays paint.” We’re looking for someone who takes pride in the finished product — someone who wants stability, consistency, and a long-term place to work. If you’re ready to stop hustling for every dollar and want a solid job where your skills matter, apply today.
