About The Position
Weaver Insulators is a family-owned company that has been providing Lebanon and surrounding counties with reliable, efficient insulation solutions for over 35 years. As the company expands into spray foam services, they are seeking an experienced, hands-on Crew Leader to help deliver the same trusted workmanship in this new service line. This role is described as a high-impact position where the individual's work fuels company growth. It is a fast-paced and fulfilling job, with work staying active and hands-on at new job sites almost daily. Requirements
- At least 1 year of spray foam insulation experience is required.
- Brings a steady, confident presence to the crew—coaching others, keeping things moving, and focused on efficient, high-quality work.
- Stays calm when plans shift and finds solutions on the spot.
- Able to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on spray foam equipment.
- Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs., climbing ladders, and working in attics or other active job sites.
- Driven to exceed personal goals, expand skills, and deliver consistent, high-level work.
- Holds a valid Class C license and can confidently drive a 24' box truck with air brakes.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 insulation installers
- Prepare job sites by setting up equipment, protecting surfaces, and ensuring clean, safe work areas.
- Install spray polyurethane foam insulation in walls, attics, crawl spaces, and other designated areas.
- Operate, maintain, and perform basic upkeep on spray foam rigs, compressors, and related equipment.
- Clean up job sites and remove debris upon completion of work.
- Follow all safety protocols, including using personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly.
- Work full-time, Monday through Friday, with steady year-round hours, about 45-55 hours/week, with overtime available.
- Travel to local job sites within 1-3 hours of Myerstown; overnight travel is rare.
