About The Position

Insulation Panama City is a spray foam insulation company that offers commercial insulation, fiberglass insulation, blown-in insulation, and spray foam insulation for homes in Panama City, Destin, Pensacola, Port St. Joe and everywhere between. We are passionate about locals being served by locals and have over 30 years of experience with our Panama City Beach team that upholds our standards. Mike Vickers worked for a spray foam insulation company in Alabama selling the product and saw its benefits over fiberglass insulation which is made of tiny pieces of glass and comes in batts. Fiberglass deteriorates over time losing much of its insulating abilities. After a few years working in Alabama, Hurricane Michael hit Mike’s home state of Florida. He traveled back and forth from Alabama to his family’s home and business in Panama City, Florida selling spray foam insulation to those in need after the storm. It was then that Mike and his wife, Nichole decided that there was a large demand for a reliable, local spray foam insulation company and Insulation Panama City was born.

Requirements

Must have driver’s license

Be able to arrive to work on time

Responsibilities

Have the knowledge and ability to use specific equipment to install spray foam in attics, ceilings, crawl spaces, walls, and any other area specified in work orders
Be able to lift heavy objects, and move in small spaces as well as bend, crawl, climb ladders, and move confidently and safely anyway the job requires
Be able to maintain, clean, and repair equipment even while on the job site and when needed
An understanding of the spray foam chemical properties and how to mix the chemicals properly according to the chemicals safety guidelines
Monitor the amount of materials used while doing the job to insure the proper amount of materials are being used
Work alongside Spray Foam Insulation Helpers to prepare the job site to insure the owner’s materials and property are safe from overspray
Work alongside Spray Foam Insulation Helpers with cleaning the job site to insure the site is as clean or cleaner than when you arrived
Have an attention to detail to insure a high quality insulation installation job
Use problem solving skills, to remedy problems faced on the job site such as fixing equipment
Be able to work efficiently, and safely to insure a quality finished job
Be able to work as a team
Be comfortable traveling small distances outside of Panama City to jobs in places like Pensacola
