About The Position

As a CBRE SPQREA-Associate, you will be responsible for developing business and marketing commercial real estate properties, negotiating leasing terms, and facilitating the purchase or sale of assets on behalf of clients. This role is integral to the Brokerage function, focusing on the buying, selling, and letting of various property types including residential, office, and commercial properties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Real Estate License is strongly preferred.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and making judgments based on standard practices.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediate math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages and financial-related calculations.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Provide clients with information on leasing availability, market conditions, and property values.
• Accompany prospective clients to property sites to discuss features and leasing terms.
• Assemble property data such as tenant surveys and summary reports.
• Prepare RFPs and review responses.
• Evaluate data and prepare specialized reports on market comparisons and historical data.
• Gather materials necessary for transactions including agreements and leases.
• Prepare offers, term sheets, and lease amendments.
• Assist attorneys in preparing real estate contracts.
• Participate in negotiations and due diligence.
