Spotter (Pembroke Park TS FL)
About The Position
Waste Connections is looking for a safety-conscious Spotter to join our Transfer Station team in Pembroke Park, FL! This is a full-time, long-term position with a reputable company. The spotter’s main priority is to give clear verbal and non-verbal directions to truck drivers entering the Transfer Station. This is to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow. You will also assist in the Scale House when needed. Monday through Friday 6:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 6:00am to 4:00pm Pays $18.50/hr. Working 45-55 hrs. a week! Opportunities to move up as well!
Requirements
- At least 2 years of work experience. Preferably in a labor type position.
- The ability to continually lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout an 8-10 hr. shift.
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating equipment is a plus
- Ability to work in all weather conditions throughout entire shift
- Mechanical ability a plus.
