Requirements

Must have CDL Class A
Must have prior experience in driving trucks.

Responsibilities

Ensure the operator has license to drive these types of trucks.
The operator will be responsible for obeying and observing traffic regulations when driving the spotter trucks.
Must be able to be flexible with the daily changes in the work schedule.
Must be knowledgeable and aware of the daily production schedule.
Responsible for trailer hookup and trailer disconnect procedures.
Responsible for ensuring the trailer is secure on the lift before raising of the lift.
Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
Must be able to work weekends.
Ability to track trucks as loads come across the scale and organize trailers in parking lot.
May perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Maintain a supply of full product trucks on the lifts to keep lines running efficiently.
Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedure.
Notify supervisor immediately if any unsafe or potentially hazardous conditions are discovered.
