About The Position

We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our crew as Spotters/Camera Car Drivers. This position is hourly plus bonus/commission, and it provides an average annual income of approximately $35,000-$55,000. This is a great job opportunity for those with limited mobility!

Requirements

• Prior experience helpful, but not necessary - paid training provided.
• Must be at least 23 years old - insurance requirement.
• Military Background not required, but HIGHLY encouraged.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CARS certification (Certified Asset Recovery Specialist) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company-provided camera car equipped with surveillance and tracking equipment to assist in locating and repossessing vehicles.
• Ensure assets are in locations indicated by skip tracing efforts and in a position enabling them to be safely towed.
• Maintain a discreet presence to document vehicle locations.
• Demonstrate leadership skills by working as a team with other drivers and spotters.
• Manage your map efficiently and master technical skills.
• Act as a mentor to new spotters.
• Identify workflow, process, and efficiency improvements for future career growth.
