ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Provide a high level of customer service to anyone who comes into our sportsbooks Adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the company and the Nevada Gaming Control Board Answer all customer questions to the best of your knowledge or seek to find out the answer in a timely manner Try to deescalate customer disputes/complaints and escalate to direct supervisor when needed Communicate and promote our menu of sports betting options to customers Act in a professional manner, representing William Hill with the highest of standards Ensure that all necessary compliance (Title 31) paperwork/documentation is filled out according to company policy and gaming control board standards Other duties as assigned EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: The ability to sit/stand for extended periods at a time Must have basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, internet, etc.) H.S. Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred Must be 21 years of age or older Successfully pass a drug screen, background check, and obtain a gaming license Must have 1+ years of cash handling experience High level of customer service • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including so nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred Present yourself in a professional manner Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to do simple math Understanding and a responsibility to adhere to all compliance requirements set for by the company and Nevada Gaming Control Board JOB DESCRIPTION 2 COMPETENCIES : • Passionate about internal/external customer service • Understands the importance of establishing and maintaining positive relationship
