About The Position
William Hill U.S., America's leading sports book provider, has immediate openings at its sportsbook. The Sportsbook Ticket Writer, reporting to the Sportsbook Manager, will be the face of the retail operation. This role involves providing a high level of customer service to both regulars and novice bettors, ensuring everyone feels welcome. The Ticket Writer will also act as an expert in the menu of sports betting options, advising and answering customer questions to help them make informed, responsible decisions with their sports wagering. - Providing a high level of customer service to both regulars and “novice bettors”
- Ensure everyone is made to feel welcome at our sports book(s)
