About The Position

Join our Sportsbook Team as a Sportsbook Ticket Writer! This position is responsible for providing quick and accurate ticket writing service to guests in accordance with all Colorado Gaming Regulations. Ideal candidates will have a passion for sports and exceptional guest service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent cash-handling skills.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods.
• Proficient with 10-key and basic to intermediate computer knowledge.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Nice To Haves

• Previous cash handling and Sportsbook experience.
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of audits performed.
• Superior attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide quick and accurate ticket writing service to guests.
• Greet all guests professionally, using their names if known.
• Handle cash transactions and balance cash drawer daily.
• Interact with guests, answer questions, and provide information about the Sportsbook betting process.
• Maintain a presentable Sportsbook environment.
• Assist team members as needed to ensure the best possible experience for guests.
