About The Position

The position involves providing exceptional customer service at the William Hill U.S. sportsbook, acting as the face of the retail operation. The role requires engaging with customers, assisting them with sports betting options, and ensuring compliance with company and gaming regulations. Requirements

• Flexible availability is required.
• Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, internet, etc.) is necessary.
• Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience in a work setting is required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check is required.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license from the Nevada Gaming Control Board and other jurisdictions if necessary.
• High level of customer service skills is essential.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays is preferred.
• Professional presentation is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to perform simple math is required.
• Understanding and adherence to compliance requirements set by the company and Nevada Gaming Control Board is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide a top tier level of customer service that encourages customers to return.
• Adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the company and gaming control board.
• Become familiar with betting options and engage customers in conversation about them.
• Resolve customer disputes/complaints and escalate to the supervisor when necessary.
• Collaborate positively with team members and leadership.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork/documentation is completed according to company policy and gaming control board standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
