About The Position
The World Famous SuperBook Sports traditional sports book is now open on the second floor of The Lodge Casino in Black Hawk, Colorado. Our team is looking for a new front -line player to help customers place their sports wagers. In this role, you would accept sports wagers verbally from customers and enter the information into a computerized betting terminal. From time to time, other duties may include light administrative support, tidying up the work area, or running errands.
Requirements
- Ability to effectively interact with customers to process wagers and resolve issues. This may involve using patience, tact, empathy and diplomacy.
- Ability to operate a computerized betting terminal (training provided), calculator, and multi -line telephone.
- Ability to apply basic mathematics in order to total wagers, collect currency, and balance cash.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must be 21 or older.
