About The Position

We're looking for a Sportsbook Operations & Content Coordinator to help drive the action across our Bally Bet Sportsbook, both online and retail. You'll be part of the team that keeps our players engaged, our sportsbook performing at its best, and our content as exciting as the games themselves. This role blends creativity, analytics, and operations, from building daily boosts and specials to spotting trends in player activity, monitoring sportsbook performance, and ensuring everything runs smoothly across North America. If you're organized, sports-obsessed, and love making data-driven plays that move the needle, this is your shot.

Requirements

1-3 years' experience in sportsbook operations, sports marketing, or analytics.
Excellent understanding of sportsbook promotions, bonuses, and player engagement tactics.
Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and visual (bonus points for basic Photoshop).
Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and comfortable managing multiple plays at once.
Creative problem solver who's as passionate about sports as you are about data.
Collaborative team player who builds strong relationships across departments.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (and maybe a few game-day spreadsheets of your own).

Responsibilities

Create daily betting content: boosts, specials, and other engaging promos that keep players in the game.
Manage content displayed across our online sportsbook and retail Bally Bet locations nationwide.
Track sportsbook performance, flag pain points, and report insights to senior stakeholders.
Partner with the Sportsbook Operations & Content Manager on budgeting, development, and execution of all content-led promotions.
Collaborate with Marketing, Insights, and Tech teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and compliance with all regulations.
Stay on top of sports calendars, league trends, and competitor moves to keep our content sharp and relevant.
