About The Position

What you will do: Travel to different locations verifying funds on property Cover different roles, shifts, and locations within a 25-mile radius Accurately process race and sports wagers on the POS system and kiosk Become familiar with our betting options and be able to strike up conversations with customers regarding those options Provide a top-tier level of customer service Ensure you adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the company and government agencies Maintain all aspects of our sports betting equipment Effectively assist and manage the day-to-day activities and business levels of the sports book: scheduling, training, and mentoring staff, and fostering an environment focused on high performance, compliance, and family style service Be a positive team member and work collaboratively with other team members and your leadership team Additional duties as assigned What you will need: Must have basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, Internet, etc.) Ability to do simple math Must have a minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience in a work setting 21+ years of age or older Be able to pass a background check Must be willing to work at various locations within a 25-mile radius, often at a moment's notice Reliable transportation Flexible availability Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision Understanding and responsibility to adhere to all compliance requirements set for by the company and Nevada Gaming Control Board Strong problem-solving skills Ability to manage a diverse range of activities and effectively prioritize responsibilities
