About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated and relationship‑driven Sports Focused Sales Specialist to join our media sales team. This position represents Nevada Sports Net, NBC, and Fox. This role focuses on generating revenue through strategic sports partnerships, sponsorship packages, corporate engagement, and multi‑platform marketing solutions. You’ll identify new business opportunities, cultivate strong client relationships, and help brands grow by leveraging our broadcast, digital, and live‑event assets. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field (preferred)
  • 2 plus years of sales, sponsorship, or business development experience (sports industry a plus)
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, including sponsorships, corporate partnerships, and promotional collaborations
  • Meet and exceed individual revenue goals through strategic sales planning and customized multimedia solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with clients, agencies, and community partners
  • Develop strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, agencies, and community partners
  • Negotiate and close agreements that maximize long‑term value
  • Maintain accurate sales records and manage pipeline activity within CRM systems
  • Identify scalable sports and sponsorship opportunities within the market for Nevada Sports Net
  • Partner with the sales team to grow sports revenue through live event assets and existing client relationships.
  • Coordinate activation and fulfillment of partnerships with internal teams (Sales, NSN, and News)
  • Represent the organization at games, events, and community engagements
  • Support additional initiatives as assigned by leadership
