About The Position

Optimal Health Chiropractic & Physical Therapy is a fast-growing, high-energy sports rehab clinic looking for a motivated Sports Rehab Aide to join our team. If you’re passionate about health, fitness, and helping people move better — this is a hands-on opportunity to gain real clinical experience in a modern rehab setting.
This role is perfect for pre-PT, pre-chiro, exercise science, kinesiology, or athletic training students who want meaningful experience (not just busy work).

Requirements

• Interested in health, fitness, rehab, or sports performance
• Energetic, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and people skills
• Coachable and eager to learn new techniques and equipment
• Professional, friendly, and team-oriented
• No prior experience required — we train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists and chiropractors with guided rehab and exercise programs
• Set up treatment areas and coach patients through prescribed movements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment
• Help manage patient flow to keep the schedule running smoothly
• Support front-desk operations when needed (greeting patients, basic assistance)
• Learn and work alongside providers using advanced rehab technologies
• Be a key part of a positive, motivating, patient-first culture
