About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture and interiors or a related discipline from an accredited university.
  • Proficient in architectural and graphic design software platforms, including Autodesk CAD, BIM-Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Sketchup, Lumion, V-Ray, and Rhino 3D.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to work efficiently and be flexible to change.
  • Basic free-hand sketching ability for presentations.
  • Good working knowledge of sustainable and emerging technologies, integrated design, and future trends in digital innovation.
  • Experience in relevant zoning and building codes, including local city and county codes, state building codes, and accessibility compliance codes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of designs, quantity calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings.
  • Support ideation sessions with clients and teams, translating concepts into compelling design narratives.
  • Develop solutions for routine technical problems with limited scope.
  • Work under general supervision of a project manager or senior-level team member.
  • Evaluate, select, and apply standard architectural techniques, procedures, and standards.
  • Prepare architectural reports and progress narratives.
  • Coordinate technical drawings with internal and external consultants.
  • Participate in presentations of designs to clients, communities, and other stakeholders.
