Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Licensed or eligible for state licensure
- Passion for sports physical therapy and performance training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to working within a high-performing clinical team
Responsibilities
- Deliver orthopedic and sports-focused physical therapy in individualized sessions
- Conduct thorough evaluations and create customized treatment plans
- Develop and implement return-to-sport and performance rehab programs
- Collaborate with athletic trainers, strength coaches, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention and performance strategies
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Participate in team mentorship, collaboration, and educational programs
- Contribute to a positive, high-performance clinic culture
