Job Summary This is an on-site position Provides specialized individual or small group training, with a special forcus on student athletes. Instructs individual or group wellness, fitness, trainings and/or related classes, and supports programming for the sports performance program alongside Healthy Living leadership. Acts as a liaison and advocate for YMCA. Understands the Health Seeker target market and provides motivational coaching to members participating in ongoing YMCA programs.
