About The Position

Our client offers a suite of tools that is used daily by billions and trusted by over 6 million businesses. These seamlessly integrated solutions connect devices, apps, and people, fostering collaboration and transforming ideas into action. Partnerships are at the heart of how they connect their products with the passions of their users. This role supports a client team that acts as subject matter marketing and partnership experts who deliver high-impact deals that place the client brands at the heart of global culture. The team requires sponsorship project management expertise, specifically subject matter expertise in property management, advising on brand marketing, content creation, and business development. Expertise level cross-functional orchestration is required to activate the client’s presence at events. We will require a blend of strategic vision and "roll-up-your-sleeves" project management, in collaboration with our client’s global marketing, product marketing, and external agencies to ensure activities are world-class and cohesive. This role is based remotely in the United States.

  • Experience: 6–10 years of experience in sports/entertainment marketing, partnership management, or a related agency role.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Deep knowledge of the global sports and media landscape, product and technology experience preferred.
  • Project Management: Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with high attention to detail.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain professionalism with high-level executives and external partners.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Advisory: Act as the internal consultant for sports and entertainment property management, providing insights on brand marketing, fandom, media, talent, and strategic planning.
  • Portfolio Management: Support the day-to-day strategy and execution for international soccer, NBA/WNBA, and Olympic portfolios.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Manage the "connective tissue" between global product teams, regional marketing leads, and external agency partners.
  • Content & Activation: Oversee the development of branded content and on-site/digital/social activations that drive product awareness and user engagement.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities within existing partnerships to further our client’s business objectives and technological integration.
  • Measurement: Collaborate with Measurement leads to analyze and optimize performance of partnerships, uncovering actionable insights for marketers.
