About The Position
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Sports Nutrition Operations Assistant for the Athletics Physician department. Among the key duties of the position are the following: Assists with the oversite of item stock levels for nutrition fueling stations, weight room, players lounge, and 3rd floor as well as product ordering. Makes Vitamin Bags including, Vit D, Vit C, Fish Oil, Multivitamins, sick bags and concussion bags. Manages Smoothie Station by managing daily preparation and delivery of customized post-workout/training table smoothies for athletes. Maintains facility upkeep and appearance through constant surveillance of all nutrition department related activities and fueling areas. Assists in office/clerical work.
