About The Position

COME JOIN OUR TEAM... From our unbroken desire to bring quality fundraisers to youth groups in need, American Youth is looking for dedicated sales reps to join us in our efforts. DAY IN THE LIFE American Youth Reps work closely with coaches, players, and community organizations in an assigned territory to set, obtain, and exceed fundraising goals. By working hand in hand with the key players in a fundraising event and implementing our proven program that has helped raise over $25M in Arizona alone, you will find success by the creation of success in others. Most days will be spent crafting personal relationships by visiting high school campuses and running successful fundraising events. Our positions are heavily commission based with no cap so the right candidate will find great financial success from their efforts.

Requirements

BS/BA degree preferred
Sales experience or interest in a career in sales
Customer-facing experience
Knowledge about or established relationships with local sports teams (High School & Youth Leagues)
Highly motivated and self driven
Passionate about helping others
Sports/Athletic incline or knowledgeable
Committed to a career in sales
Comfortable working alone or in a team
Teachable and able to teach
Microsoft Office proficient

Responsibilities
