Responsibilities

  • Face-to-Face Interactions: We focus on personal, direct interactions with donors and supporters—no B2B or telemarketing.
  • Training & Development: Help train new hires in customer service, marketing, administration, and fundraising best practices.
  • Client Campaigns: Support the daily operations of charity campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering donor retention.
  • Fundraising Growth: Play a key role in expanding fundraising efforts and deepening donor engagement for our nonprofit partners.
  • Leadership Development: Cultivate your leadership skills and help build a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
