We are seeking a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine with an emphasis on shoulder arthroplasty to join a physician-led orthopedic group in Gilbert and Mesa, AZ. This surgical position offers a high-volume, focused practice supported by skilled physician assistants, in-house imaging, and a dedicated surgical team.   • Diagnose and treat shoulder conditions including sports injuries, trauma, and degenerative diseases
  • Perform shoulder arthroscopy and total shoulder arthroplasty (anatomic and reverse)
  • Manage preoperative and postoperative care to ensure seamless patient recovery
  • Collaborate closely with onsite physical therapy to optimize rehabilitation
  • Optionally provide sports knee care depending on interest and referrals
  • Conduct in-office procedures such as ultrasound-guided injections
  • Maintain thorough documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Fellowship training in Sports Medicine or Shoulder & Elbow Surgery
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible with the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS)
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Arizona (MD or DO)
  • Skilled in shoulder reconstruction and joint replacement procedures
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • MD or DO with AZ license or eligible
  • ACGME ortho residency completed
  • BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Sports or Shoulder/Elbow fellowship preferred
