About The Position
As an Associate Sales Representative (ASR) at Smith+Nephew, you will serve as a product consultant in the Sports Medicine product portfolio, focusing on soft tissue injury repair and degenerative conditions affecting the shoulder, knee, hip, and small joints. You will be part of the Sports Medicine Sales Team, working within an assigned territory and hospital accounts. Your responsibilities will include providing clinical case coverage in the operating room, securing inventory for surgical cases, observing and consulting with the surgical team on Smith+Nephew instrumentation and implants, and managing the logistical requirements associated with these cases. Collaboration with Sales Representatives, orthopedic surgeons, hospital staff, and clinicians is essential to your role, requiring a strong ability to learn and assimilate technical information related to surgical procedures.
