As a Sports Marketing Field Representative Lead at NIKE, Inc., you will partner with premier athletes to collect insights about existing and future products, gather inspirational stories about sport, and nurture long-term relationships between the athletes and the company. You will support sport strategy by serving as the footwear expert, while providing exceptional service to all Nike contracted athletes. This role involves acting as the footwear center of excellence for all Global Footwear, including men's, women's, college, and elite youth, and serving as the liaison between the golf Sports Marketing Team, athletes, internal brand partners, and vendors. You will deliver product presentations and serve as one of the key points of contact and faces of the brand to deliver premium service to athletes. Additionally, you will script athletes from design concept to final product during majors and golf moments by partnering with global product engines to develop and deliver inline and promo product assortments for athletes. Responsibilities also include inventory management, order entry, and delivery of all inline and promo products into athletes across the tournament calendar, photoshoots, and major golf moments. You will serve all footwear needs of Nike contracted athletes, manage the supply chain of promo apparel product engines, forecast and execute buys for off-course product and athlete seeding packs, and performance footwear and seasonal product drops. Partnering with athletes to gather footwear insights through extensive product testing and managing footwear product transitions for Nike contracted athletes are also key aspects of this role. Up to 25% domestic travel is required, and telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from certain states.
