CAA Sports Licensing is crucial in managing client brand and licensee partner interactions, encompassing tasks such as business development, contract negotiation, product development, approval workflow, contract management, retail strategies, and royalty accounting. The agency is seeking a smart, motivated, quick-thinking, and resourceful Departmental Assistant to provide administrative, analytical, and strategic support to the team. The ideal candidate should be flexible, highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of administrative support experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote, Evernote, and Cloud-based storage services
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and detail oriented
  • Very strong written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines while juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Service oriented with a strong desire to pitch in to help team members

Nice To Haves

  • BA/BS from an accredited University or College is preferred
  • 1+ years of experience working in a law office and/or as a paralegal is preferred
  • Familiarity with licensing, production, consumer goods, branding, experiential marketing, etc. is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and proofread contracts and agreements for clients
  • Maintain accurate files for licensing agreements, royalties, and sales reports
  • Ensure insurance requirements are met
  • Manage and maintain spreadsheets to track and follow-up on client licensing processes, renewals, projects, and invoicing
  • Provide direct administrative support including coordination of meetings and schedules, preparation of expense reports, and booking travel
  • Assist with handling and coordinating general needs for the Atlanta office such as distributing mail, requesting supplies, etc.
  • Assist with special projects, research, and compiling information as needed
