About The Position
The Sports Instructor Basketball is a hands-on position that will lead athletes and provides expert instruction in their designated sport. The Sports Instructor is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently
- Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings
Responsibilities
- Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
- Teach and demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
