About The Position

We are looking for a motivated Sports Flooring Installer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. This role focuses on installing and maintaining athletic flooring systems, including hardwood basketball courts and rubber sports flooring. The ideal candidate has hands -on flooring experience, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is comfortable working on projects throughout Indiana.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of flooring installation experience (sports flooring or hardwood preferred)
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials as needed
• Reliable transportation to travel to job sites across Indiana
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work well with a team and follow direction

Nice To Haves

• Experience with hardwood flooring, sanding, or athletic floor maintenance is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform demolition, installation, and repair of sports flooring systems
• Install and maintain hardwood basketball courts
• Complete screen and recoat processes on athletic hardwood floors
• Install rubber sports flooring in gyms, fitness centers, and athletic facilities
• Prepare surfaces and job sites for installation
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Follow company safety procedures and project specifications
• Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
