We are located along the banks of the Colorado River with Austin's iconic Pennybacker Bridge as our backdrop. Spanning over 180 acres of hill country vistas and canyon views in Davenport Ranch, our property is just 10 miles west of downtown Austin. WHAT TO EXPECT You'll work part-time between the following hours: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 8:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 8:00 am to 8:30 pm Customer service will be your top priority as our Sports Center Attendant! You'll be the friendly and helpful person who assists members with whatever they need and maintains a neat, organized activity area. Every day looks a little different, but you can expect to: Warmly greet guests, answer questions, collect payments, and process registrations while providing excellent customer service Complete daily operations tasks promptly, including stringing tennis racquets and cleaning around the shop Monitor facility access and ensure all guests comply with rules and regulations Stay informed about our programs, schedules, and facility policies and share this information with members in person, over the phone, and through email Collaborate with clubhouse staff, the hospitality department, and other teams to ensure total member satisfaction
