Overview: Camp Counselors lead groups of campers ages 4–16 through sports, games, activities, and rotations. They are responsible for high-energy engagement and maintaining a safe, positive environment. Candidates should have experience in sports, recreation, or activity areas—the more multi-sport experience, the better.

  • Lead daily sports, activities, games, and skill-building sessions
  • Supervise campers during transitions, lunch, breaks, and indoor time
  • Demonstrate and teach skills across multiple activity areas
  • Encourage teamwork, effort, sportsmanship, and enthusiasm
  • Assist with equipment setup, cleanup, and field/court organization
  • Maintain safe play environments and enforce camp rules
  • Support camp leads in delivering high-quality programming
  • Build strong, positive relationships with campers
  • Experience in sports, recreation, fitness, dance, aquatics, or related areas
  • Experience working with youth preferred
  • Strong communication, positive attitude, and high energy
  • Ability to lead groups in both structured and free-play settings
