About The Position

As a Future Sports Betting Content Producer at Better Collective, you will be part of a mission to become the world’s leading digital sports media company, enhancing sports entertainment for fans globally. This role is designed for a data-driven sports betting expert who can analyze betting markets and create engaging content that resonates with millions of sports fans. You will be responsible for translating data insights into compelling narratives that educate and entertain, while also driving engagement across various platforms.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in sports betting analysis, sports data, or betting content creation.
• Experience with betting tools like Bet Labs, APIs, SDQL, or other data analysis platforms.
• Familiarity with crafting high-performing content for social platforms like X, Instagram, and TikTok.
• A deep understanding of odds, betting markets, and major U.S. sports (NFL, NBA, MLB, CFB, CBB).
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience creating betting content or contributing public picks.
• Experience working with creators, influencers, or branded betting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Discover profitable trends and build systems using internal tools and databases to identify betting trends and profitable angles.
• Create engaging, social-first content by translating insights into formats like tweets, graphics, short-form scripts, and videos.
• Collaborate with designers and video editors to bring data stories to life.
• Assist with Discord channels by posting insights, engaging with users, and providing real-time commentary during major betting events.
• Track the performance of systems and content to refine and improve work, maintaining a database of pick performance, trends, and content impact.
