Responsibilities

• Perform half of the hours in a management role and the other half as a team member.
• Lead the Restaurant Management Team, including Heart of House (BOH) and Bar Operations, Take-Out/Delivery, Servers, Bartenders, or Kitchen (HOH) Team Members.
• Ensure smooth operations and create legendary experiences for guests.
• Train and develop team members to foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent (Preferred).
• 1-5 years of restaurant experience (Required).
• 1-5 years of previous management experience (Preferred).
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation.
• Understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety/security systems.
