About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Portfolio Manager for the Specialized Industries Sports Banking group. Requirements

• 5+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of relationships within Specialized Industries Sports Banking.
• Lead and assist deal teams to produce credit analysis and approval documentation.
• Responsible for the credit underwriting process, including structuring and negotiating complex transactions.
• Manage all aspects of the credit approval process for ancillary banking products.
• Oversee the credit quality of assigned portfolio of loans, including periodic assessments and annual reviews.
• Directly lead the credit approval process in partnership with Sports Banking Relationship Managers.
• Engage with clients to understand credit needs and maintain relationships.
• Identify opportunities for revenue generation through additional products and services.
• Ensure portfolio maintenance adheres to credit policies and compliance requirements.
• Train, supervise, and mentor credit analysts and junior portfolio managers.
