About The Position

WE ARE SEEKING MOTIVATED AND DEPENDABLE LINE ATTENDANTS TO JOIN OUR HOSPITALITY TEAM HERE AT THE DELTA CENTER, HOME OF THE UTAH JAZZ & UTAH MAMMOTH. THE LINE ATTENDANTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPARING, ASSEMBLING, AND MAINTAINING FOOD ITEMS ON THE LINE TO ENSURE TIMELY AND QUALITY SERVICE FOR OUR GUESTS. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS FAST, ORGANIZED AND COMMITTED TO MAINTAIN HIGH STANDARDS OF CLEANLINESS AND SAFETY.

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service, line cooking, or similar role preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based around events schedule.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures or menu changes.
• Capable of working in hot, fast-paced kitchen and dining environments.
• Must obtain valid Utah Food Handlers Permit.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established standards.
• Setup and maintain the food line, ensuring all ingredients and supplies are stocked and organized.
• Monitor food quality and presentation.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with culinary staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow.
• Restocking ingredients, dishes and supplies throughout shifts.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or shortages to management promptly.
• Support team efforts to deliver excellent guest experience.
