  • Manage exercise science laboratories, including scheduling lab spaces for clinical and research activities.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and manage laboratory inventory.
  • Recruit research participants for various studies.
  • Perform clinical practice in the university's Pioneer Performance Center or affiliated provider settings as assigned.
  • Develop, market, and implement clinical programming within the Pioneer Performance Center.
  • Implement, evaluate, and assist in teaching activities for assigned coursework (6 contact hours per Fall and Spring semester).
  • Engage in service activities to the university and the professional community.
  • Master's degree in exercise science or a related field.
  • Certification as an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Exercise Physiologist, Clinical Exercise Specialist, or Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist; or National Strength and Conditioning Association's Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist or Certified Sports Performance Specialist.
  • Experience teaching clinical content in higher education settings.
  • Demonstrated post-professional development or clinical specialization.
  • Professional experience in sports performance, clinical exercise science, health & fitness, or related fields.
  • Willingness to contribute to university and professional service activities.
