About The Position
The Sports Official at the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas is responsible for officiating games across various sports, ensuring adherence to the Sports Official Code of Conduct, and maintaining control of the games. This part-time role requires effective communication with players, coaches, and parents, as well as the ability to make quick and fair decisions during games. The position also involves setting up and taking down equipment and assisting the Sports Director with additional duties as needed.
